See JC Whitney for inexpensive (Sino) H4 type replacements, from street
legal to the high wattage "off road only" options.  Remember to use relays
if you go with higher wattage.  I have also seen "Name brand" (Hella? Bosch?
) units at VIP for about $40.  Those definitely plugged in with no hassle.
