Engine not quite right

Mine ('88 urq) did this for a while. I cleaned the air bypass valve and the
problem went away. Note that the idle stabilisation control keeps the idle
high whilst the car is moving, so I'm told by BR Motorsport. When
approaching a junction you will often notice that the rpm does not drop all
the way until the car is stopped.
