Price for 91 V8

     I am currently looking at purchasing a 1991 V8 Quattro with a 5 speed. 
     Its a 2 owner car with 63k miles. Looks very clean, and has service 
     records for the 1st 31,000 miles, after that time I am less certain on 
     the maintenance level.  I really like the ride and its loaded. 
     
     The seller is laying a rap on me that there were only 25 V8 32 valve 5 
     speeds imported into the US in 1991. Any truth ?? What is this car 
     worth ??
     
     Any comments would be suggested.
