A4q engine mod availability

There's been a lot of talk about the A4 mods. but I haven't seen anything
about availability right now and pricing.  Jo Hoppen's mod is coming pretty
soon, as I remember.  Is that right?  Prices for Hoppen and others?  I'm
talking US available mods; I know there are plenty available across the
pond.
