A4 rear glass - bummer!

Woke up this morning to find somebody had thrown an orange sized rock
through the back glass on my '97 A4.  The car they were in must have
been going fast because it put a hole straight through and shattered
everything.  Rock was laying in the front seat.  Of course it was
snowing here too...

Anyway, has anybody had any experience replacing this piece of glass?  I
know it's gotta be special with the rear defrost and antenna in there. 
I'm going to the Audi dealership in the morning, but not sure what they
can do.  I hope I'm not referred to the local glass shop; I want that A4
quiet and I don't want some crappy glass replacement.

Any cost estimates / availability / suggestions?
