I found this from the GrassRoots mag website,  www.grmotorsports.com.  I think
that was the URL.

Anyway I found a rally school in CT.

Yearly Pro Rally weekends are staged by this group, with emphasis on first time
and novice competitors.

Could be fun to watch or do
