They all have 1-800 numbers (call 800 directory assistance), and these
are the ones I have:

Carlsen:	(800) 523-2408
Imparts:	(800) 325-9043

Blaufergnugen may be on the Web.

Amsoil is distributed by individuals (i.e., not in retail), so you'd
have to call them to find a dealer in your area.
