Seems to be about $300 if you have a shop do it but I did it over the
course of a Saturday.

With any car I would just run down the maintainence schedule and see
what needs to be done when.  By 120k it's probably all out of sync anyway.

How much slower?  The sedan is slightly heavier and the Quattro drivetrain
adds a bit more.
