WHAT TO EXPECT FROM 4KQ WITH 120K MI?

Quattro folks,

I am currently looking at a 1987 4kq with 120k mi on the clock.  I am excited
to trade up to a quattro from my 84 coupe fwd, which I have enjoyed for years
and show 175k mi on the clock.  The owner says

1) Original clutch (my 84 coupe fwd went at about that time) cost?

2) Time for a timing belt I would say, cost?

3) What is included in a 120 k mi service, cost?

4) Problems anyone has encountered and what to look for

Please help me out with any comments you might have.  I seems a slower than
my coupe, is that the added weight or a week motor?
