NEQ Winter Weekend Update
Hi all:
There a 4 more days for the club discount rate for the Snow & Ice TSD
on Feb 1 1997 in Bow, NH. There will be a trophy for the highest placing
Quattro Team.
If you need the registration form it is in our Quattro Motorsport
Archives and/or you can e-mail me for a copy.
The Feb 2nd Ice Time Trials on Newfound Lake, NH will start with
registration at "The Ledges" at 9AM with the event starting at 10AM.
The registration fee is $20/driver and includes a hot lunch.
The BMW Club will arrange for us to have the use of The Ledges community
hall.
(Where we can warm up)
Directions:
I93 North (from Bow, NH) to exit 23.
Left at Stop (end of Ramp) onto Rte. 104 West.
Aprox. 6 Miles to Bristol where, in town, you will bear right on Rte. 3A
North.
In 1.8 miles take Left at a blinker (with a church on the corner) onto
West Shore Road.
In another 1.8 miles, take a right at a (closed) Ice Cream stand,
staying on West Shore Road.
In aprox. 3 miles look for the entrance to "The Ledges" condo complex on
your left.
Registration is at 9AM ($20/driver includes lunch)
BMW club has a number where you will be able to find out if they plan to
run on Sunday - 617-894-8766 - the message is posted by noon on
saturday.
We will join the BMW Club at a local Pizza shop in Bristol NH for the
awards presentation.
Dress warmly and be prepared to help stuck cars . . . it could happen
even to a Quattro.
If you have registered with Maryanne Rhodes for Snow & Ice on Sat. and
if you are coming on Sunday please let me know.
