Aligning the sprocket by measuring the cam lobes with dial indicators only
works if you have an adjustable cam sprocket ... otherwise, all you'll be
able to do is pick the lesser of two evils and spend the 60k miles until you
do it again thinking about whether you should have advanced it instead of
retarding it or vice-versa... :)
