It's dead.

Last week the final drive in my 85' 5000s started howling like the
dickens.  My Audi is finished, yet it still has a few parts that could be
worth something to any of the other poor suckers out there who are still
maintaining their old 5000's.

Just to clear the air: no, sorry, the bomb is no good.  I disconnected the
sensor some 15K miles ago.  But, I do have a 1-month old muffler, newish
tires and so on.  Let me know what you need and I will let you know if the
one on my beloved Audi is worth having.  Perhaps you would be willing to
trade your 91' 200q for a few choice items?
