Within the U.S. market, the only Audi wagon that meets your criteria: 1)
all-wheel drive,  2) manual transmission,  3)  5+2 seating, would be an S6
wagon from the 1995 model year.

The new Swedish brick (model year 1998 V70) might also meet all of these
criteria when the AWD versions are released this summer.
