     And so do I, but even though they are getting more affordable 
     (depending on your definition of an affordable used car), good luck 
     finding one.  All 100/A6 wagons since 92 have offered the third seat.  
     I thought that a manual trans was available some years but I might be 
     wrong.  Even if it was, you still have the availability problem.  
     Wagons are rare and and a manual trans on one would be even rarer.  
     Unless you absolutely need the kiddie seat, I would hold out for the 
     A4Q Wagon which looks like it will definitely make it to the states.  
     The extra room of the 100/A6 is nice, but a 1.8T A4Q Wagon modified to 
     about 250hp would be very tempting.  That's the hoped for replacement 
     for our 92 100 CSQW in another year or two.
