Well put.  Uniqueness and exclusivity sells.

BOTOH, Joining and being part of the multitude sells, too.

BOTOH, I've heard people say they didn't want a Porsche because
"Everybody
has one."  I have news for them I don't have one............yet.  Is
this just
people not really wanting an exclusive car because too many people have
one, or
sour grapes for not being able to afford one?
