Just as there are people who likes "me too's," there are people who likes
to be unique. For ye Porsche example, it would probably fall into the
latter one. Like, for most people, "safety" pops up Volvo image, Porsche
has stuck with the "fast" image -- with Vettes, etc. If I have to buy a
go-fast car now, I think I'd buy a Lotus for just the heck of being unique
among the "go-fasters." On the other hand, you'd probably want to buy a
Prosche...

But looking at Audi in U.S. market, I think using the me-too'er strategy
would miss the target. (^;
