No. The 90 uses the larger wheel bearings.

Same offset and bolt pattern, but requires different CV joint.

Yes.

Yes, the steering arm on the 5k strut is exactly opposite from that on 
the ur-q. Also, the 5k uses a different size ball joint than the 4k.

I am doing a major swap involving a lot of what you are trying to 
accomplish here, and I already have the headache sorted out.
