I knew of the Cannonball, etc., but never thought rich, bored people
(or poor, busy people for that matter) were *STILL* doing this!
Regarding the Wilt Chamberland/Cham-whatever-lain guessing game I'm
sorry I didn't reply earlier, but I'm sure nobody is "HOLDING THEIR
BREATH!"(NPI) Wait, shoot, that gave it away. Yes, that's right. HE
ACTUALLY TRIES TO HOLD HIS BREATH FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE, EACH TIME
INCREASING THE DURATION UNTIL HE REACHED 5 MINUTES OR MORE! What this
means: somewhere there is a 7 foot tall man in a tiny sports car
travelling at speeds in excess of 125 MPH while CONTINIOUSLY trying to
hold his breath longer and longer! Is this dangerous and/or stupid, or
am I getting old and/or just too conservative?
