duct tape should be a part of any automotive tool kit. i even have a surf
ski (sort of like a long canoe which you sit on rather than in ftwdk) which
has been patched with multiple peices of (annually replaced) duct tape for
the last 3 years - and i haven't managed to sink it yet!
