>From looking around in the SF bay area, it seems '88+ 80Q's and 90Q's command
a premium. 4KQ's seem to be the same no matter what part of the country
you are in. Everything else is all over the map. I see 5KTQ's and 200Q's
that go for less and more than outside the area. In general, there doesn't
seem to be any rhyme or reason to asking prices.
Of course these are all just asking prices. I don't know what they actually
sell for. It does appear that 4KQ's, 80Q's, and 90Q's (5-cyl) sell quickly
in this area.
Jason,
While $15.5K isn't a bad asking price, I'm not sure it's worth that much more
than the clean '89 200Q that Carlsen has for $9K (99K miles). I know the '91's
are much more desirable, but 70% more desirable?
