Need the help of someone in 303 area code

Hey everyone, If you don't live in Colorado's 303 area code, you needn't 
read any further.  I have tried to call the number of a coupe for sale 
there and cannot get through, something about "please dial *82 and retry 
the number you are calling"  I don;t know what that means, but, I'd like 
some more information on the car.  
It is a red 1990 CQ with 8x,000 miles.  The ad said it needs minor 
cosmetics and the asking price was $6400.  I would like to buy this car 
if it is in good condition.  However I cannot get ahold of the owner.
If anyone is in the 303 area code the # is 303-426-1544.  I'd be very 
grateful if someone could call and get the nitty-gritty on this car for 
me.  Or at least see if the number works.
