True. Our source of springs seems to have dried up, but Superchips
sells them for $50 each. There is also Paul Timmerman's
SchrapnelKnobben - a pressure regulator rather than a spring
which would probably be better for you.

I don't see the WC engine in the US Bentley - do you know what computer
it has? We know where the locations are in the MAC11B, but they
may be different in your computer. However, given a dump of the
computer's EPROM, we can find the boost limit easily enough.

I have a chip which does this for the MAC11B. However, it is rather
tame compared to a spring or pressure regulator... again, given a dump
of your EPROM, this too would be pretty easy to do.
