how about synthetic ATF?

BTW, some (farmers) individuals in WI use to run ATF in a manual
transmissions during the winter, claimed that it made shifting real easy
and didn't hurt the transmission.
I don't have personal experience using it in a manual transmission (the ATF
in the oil, I knew about),
