Springs



All,

Has anyone put Eibach S4 springs in a V8?  I am concerned w/ ride height
and tensile strength; spring rates seem in the ballpark.  Sport Wheels
says they do this, TAP says they don't, and Eibach says they won't
recommend anything they haven't tested, and never heard of a V8 anyway.

I'm concerned w/ ride height and tensile strength in the front-- rears
should be no problem.  Trying to lower the car about 1/2 to 3/4".  Won't
go into all the frequency and C/Cc calcs here.

Have the H&R's now, designed for V8 AT, w/ Bilstein sports @ factory
valving; ride height is about right (had to adjust the rears way up) but
just too stiff for the roads here.

Any other recommendations?  Suspension Techniques, maybe (do they make
some for this app)?  Others?
