Very good point - the real Cd on the highway is always much lower than the 
ideal figures from a wind tunnelmodel (which are usually the ones that 
are quoted.)   From articales I read a while back, it was also true that 
different tunnels around the world produce different numbers on the same 
car because of test differences, or equipment differences.
