Since you speak only for yourself why don't you just email him privately?

You're giving lessons?  

I believe most customer service workers these days are trained to hang up
when someone uses foul language.  I certainly do.  It indicates a lack of
civility, consideration, respect, and ability to communicate, and usually a
highly charged emotional state which is not conducive to solving problems.  

What did he say that irked you so?
