Oil leak @ spark plug hole

Oil is leaking from the 4th spark plub hole from the front.  There is a #5
stamped under the spark plug.  I took the plug off cleaned it and re
tightened it.  I didn't torque it because I don't have a torque wrench.
Am I !@#$%ed!  I also have an oil leak from below, the dealer thinks it's
the front crank seal or the oil pan.  Did the 90's have a problem.  I have
153K miles and the car still pulls strong, but I have to keep adding oil
frequently.  I've been meaning to get the front crank seal/oil pan fixed,
but now I seem to have a new problem.
