stock A4 tires
My opinion is that neither is a great tire. They're both all season
which, IMO, is always a compromise, so I use summer and winter wheels
and tires to avoid that.
I would look into getting credit for the stock tires and supplying my
own, which I'd purchase from one of the mail order places. If that's not
an option, I'm not sure which of the 2 stock "choices" (you actually
don't get to choose - you get what happens to be on your car or, if
you're lucky, you can maybe switch wheels with another car they happen
to have sitting around) is better. I don't much like the Goodyear RS-As,
but I haven't driven the Contis...
Good luck and (early) congratulations on a great new car.

Subject: stock A4 tires
I have been lurking for some time, great list. I hope to take delivery
of my
A4 next week my question is which tires are better? I unfortunately can
not
even remember the models but I have personally seen 205/55/16 from
Goodyear
and Continental on new A4s. I am getting a 1.8TQ w/ sport package if
this
effects your comments. Thank you, David
