Yessir, sounds like a classic case of grid-loose.  Emissions warranty
covers the cat beyond 3 yr (5 yr/50k mi most of US, 7/70 in CA).  BTW,
would you characterize your driving as mostly city, highway (doubtful w/
low mi), or mebbe across RR tracks? <g>
