Before you do anything, check the front seam going the circumfrance of 
the cat. That seam gets -->REAL<-- close to the tranny. Its real common 
for them to rattle there. Get under and look,if it looks like its been 
rubbing, thats the noise. Look for busted donuts or possible bad engine 
mount.
