Can't tell you who the person is, but I can add a little insight on
the plates.
Good German friend of mine says that there is a very popular phrase
used over in the Old Country for our lovely autos.
'Jeder Rowdy (RAUDI) fahrt ein Audi!!'
Rough translation...Every Rowdy drives an Audi!!  ;-).
He states that this is meant as a derogatory statement by B (WMB,
zenB) lovers, but we Cowboys might just kinda like that wild
reference.
