Those stupid BMWs...

Yeah.

What kind of dope would want a car with chain-driven cams? Those morons are
missing all the fun of dealing with timing belt issues. And that lame LH
jetronic fuel injection. Why would you want that simple, modern, pulsed 
fuel injection when you could have CIS with all its weird valves and 
regulators and crap? Take the E30 M3 for example. Sure it's got ur-quattro
performance, but it's reliable and there are tons of qualified service 
personel around. Who needs that? And a wide selection of tuning parts, too.
Pah. I'd much rather have only one or two places that charge up the wazoo
for the couple tuning parts available. And what were those BMW engineers
thinking when they designed the E30 M3's bumpers? They're strong enough to
meet DOT regulations, so there's no difference between the European and
USA models. Don't they know that the Americans like the big nasty bumpers?
They set our cars apart from the cars made for the rest of the world. 
And the E30 motor only lost 5hp when federalized. I'd much rather have a
REAL engine that lost 40hp. 

BMW. Yuck.
