he distributor isn't adjusted properly
or the hall sensor or its wiring are toasted.
Try loosening the clamp nut and rotating it a degree or so. If that
doesn't get rid of the 2113 try rotating the other way. (Mark the original
position so you can restore it if necessary since if you go too far,
the car won't start and guess which error you get!)
There is also a test procedure for the hall sensor somehere in the
Bentley.

Technical bit: There is a pin on the flywheel that the computer senses and
a hall sensor in the distributor. If the computer gets the signal
from the flywheel pin while the hall sensor signal is active,
it is happy; otherwise it raises the 2113 error.

Someone already suggested checking the wiring to the sensor... it may
well have been broken for a while.

A couple of things to consider. Both errors could be a problem with
the wiring to the computer, so there could be a common cause - any
floods in the passenger side footwell recently which could be causing
bad contacts at the computer? Any monkey-lads been messing with the
wiring?

If the distributor is out of adjustment, why? Has the timing belt been
changed recently? If not, is it old, tired and stretching? Either
way, the distributor timing may be far enough out to cause the 2113.
