As a short addendum to Caddy words... an acquaintance of mine manages the team
responsible for the satellite/on-board electronics on that series.  Chet said
that one of the features they put into the theft deterrance system is that when
the car is determined to be stolen, through the satlink, the windows go up, the
heater goes max hot, and the stereo goes max loud.  Says they can't keep it from
being stolen but can make it a very uncomfortable place.  Regards, Gross
