Thought all Maytags had slushboxes.  Too bad!

Bet the sport cam in the timer really detracts from idle smoothness.

BTW, do you think a K24 would give enough flow for that baby?  K&N
probably has a (water) filter for this application, too-- maybe an extra
40 hp?
