The condescension here is unbearable...

I guess that counts us out for a ride, since we are all boys and girls here.

And which crowd is that, that we are supposedly following?
Personally, I've done most of the mods on my car all by myself, with
technical help from Scott, Eric, Paul, Jeff, QCCC, Brendan, etc. So far,
this "crowd" has steered me right. I have a pretty quick Q for a very
small investment. I have no idea how many hp, because I don't have a
dyno, but even if a Vericom or a PC Dyno claimed some hp figure, I
wouldn't claim it as fact, because these are all simulations. I suppose
in terms of TAP or IA "hp" I might have 225+. :-)

Now, a real time slip from a real drag strip can tell a much
bigger story. That 60' time tells me how well it hooks up (not expected
to be a problem with the Q) the 1/4 mile time tells me how quickly the
system works, and the 1/4mile speed tells me how many hp it has (very
roughly, but at least more accurately than a simulation.)

Ross, I hope your posts get more informative, and less childish in the
future. Lets hear some detail about your mods...
