'86 5KCSTQ Question again...

Sorry for double-posting, but I'm hoping someone knows the answer:

I'm buying an '86 5KCSTQ with what looks like an Audi Motorsport badge on the
dashboard.  It also has a rear, body-colored spoiler and a subtle
ground-effects kit.  The car has 5-spoke rims with the centers painted
body-color, Audi manufacture, with aluminum hoops and lips.  

Did Audi make this car in factory form or is this a one-off?  Did the factory
offer these rims and body kit as an option?
