These are just the normal TSBs from Audi. I have heard that if you raise a big
enough stink about it, that they will honor your request (I've never tried).
Unless you're a good customer and they _know_ AoA will reimburse them, the
dealer will be reluctant to do it. They'll get more money from you than from
AoA for the same job. You've got a better chance if the item in question could
affect your safety. They know all about liability lawsuits. Kind of hard to take
that angle with cracked clearcoat on the speedlines, though. Anyway, it can't
hurt to try. Go in there with the TSB documentation and a little determination.
Maybe write a letter to the service mgr. or even the district mgr. Good luck!
