Car Polish/Wax

My '97 A4Q is "brilliant black".  It shows swirls, etc., very well.  Time
for a wax or polish.

The constraint is that I live in an apartment with no hose access, and I
don't want to spend half the day doing the car.  It's going to a soft-wash
and then I'll wash or buff it - ONCE.  This means Maguires is not an option
- I am not going to spend the time to pre-polish, polish, wax, and then seal
it.  

How is Zymol?  (Especially vs. the synthetic sealers.)  What else would you
reccommend for easy application and effectiveness?
