Thanks. We (my girlfriend and I) have decided to tag-team on the A4, using
Maguires wax and then sealant. We'll see how that turns out.
Black shows flaws, swirls, etc., worse, but there were a couple of reasons
for buying black instead of white/silver.
1) I lived in a house I owned at the time. I had no intention of moving
anytime soon. I now live 200 miles away from it, having lived in it for
about fourty-five days, but at the time, regular polishing was not going to
present a problem.
2) The gal I knew at the time worked for an insurance company. Silver was
out. No way. Too many accidents. The highest ratio. Pity, because I
-like- silver, but it really is an enormous difference.
3) My Ford Escort is white. Hard to keep clean. Not very classy looking.
I don't like the A4 in white so much either, although I know everybody else
does.
Besides, black is so damned SEXY. <g>
