91tq20v, maximum turbo pressure, broken turbo bypass valve

hi all
1) my attention wandered, and i think someone recently wrote about this,
but what is the maximum turbo pressure for a 91tq20v?
2) would this be affected by my having, at present,
a busted turbo bypass valve?

(i have 1.2 max right now, and i *thought* it went up a lot more
before, but i'm not sure)
