I have my valve cover off and can stare right at the internals of this
vacuum pump thing, so I am tempted to pull mine off too. However I do
not want to remove it just yet, because I want to see how my I-5 sounds
after my timing belt and H2O pump change is done.
1>Is the recommended procedure to remove the 4" cam-driven shaft and
lubricate with lithium grease or otherwise?
