Over boost cut offs on 200 Turbo?

It's an ECU function.

It kills the fuel pump. Like hitting a brick wall - from full boost to dead
engine. You can simulate the effect by deliberately hitting the rev limiter.
An experience to be avoided when overtaking a long truck on a twisty country
road.
