'86 5000 power window problems

I have an 86 5000cstq w/ power window problems.  Due to it's age, I
believe that it has already had the wires spliced between the door and
the body, hence the following questions:

	1) how does the (driver's) inner door panel come off?  I found
two screws just below the window, (front & back) but it is brittle enough
that I am scared to force it, and it doesn't seem to want to move.
Where are the other screws?

	2) Where does the wiring harness for the door plug in?
According the the wiring diagram, there is a "9 point connector"
behind the instrument panel...  Is it part of the "Koster" panel (if
so, which number?) 

	3) What is an acceptable price for a 5kcstq w/ IA modification
(1.8bar), 180,000 miles.  Good shape, except for cosmetics (driver's
power window, radio fuse blown, headliner)
