If the 2144cc is set up just like...or basically is...a 2.2L, then yes
you do have to remove the crankshaft pully....hope I'm right. My guess
is that you surely do and I just know you're going to have a blast! ;-)
Don't crimp or bend anything! Especially valves! ;-)
