High idle until vehicle stops - REALLY STRANGE!

Hello, It all started with my lifters (hydralic) making
much noice on my 5KT (100 Turbo, 2.2 litre).
I ordered 10 new hydralic lifters and replaced the old ones,
it went silent as a spinning cat.

Now my problems begun, no turbo-pressure over 0.5bar.
This was corrected  when did find out that i had forgotten
to to tighten on side of the rubber-housings on the intake.


Now i have this strange idle problem...

When starting cold it seems ok and nothing strange happends.

If i start when the engine i warm my idle jumps up to
about 2000 rpm for 2-3 seconds and then goes down to about
800 rpm, seems a little odd to me!

Sometimes when deaccelerating and the rpm goes below
2000-2500 (approx) the feels like i hit the breaks, it feels
like the engine shuts of idle or something and starts breaking.

And now to the really strange behavior:

Sometimes when i drive for a while and release gas
and press down the clutch, my engine idles about 2500 rpm.
This goes on until my car completly stops.
It doesnt matter if i break to and stop or just freewheel
until the vehicle stops, in the moment that it stops on
the road, the idle goes down to about 800 rpm.
THIS MAKES ME CRAZY ?!?
