AC programmer & controller ?

I have a problem with my AC that wont start.
If forcing pin 5 (output) on the ac controller (the box
that also controlls the vacum) low, the compressor
kicks in an the idle is compensated.
It seems like the programmer (in coupe) wont tell
the controller to activate the AC, other vacum related controls
works fine. All temprature sensors seems to be ok (no short or break).
I have recently checked the R12 and its ok.

Does anyone have some hints about what else to check ?

Anyone have some internal schematics of the programmer and/or
the controller ?

How are the programmer comunicating with the controller ?
(pin 10/20/21 on programmer ot pin 10/9/8 on controller)
