<All>Foiling wheel thieve

 -=> Quoting A-powell1@tamu.edu <=-

 A-> for me, when I purchased the tires, I had the shop insert into each
 A-> tire, a plastic ziplock bag containing a copy of my drivers license,
 A-> the license number of my car, and the color and year of it as well.

     I wouldn't include that much potentially abusable info on
     a note.

     This might be the stuff urban legends are made of. I worked
     at a gas station when I was in school, about the harshest
     environment a-round would probably be the inside of a tire.
     I remember finding confetti in tires that had originally
     been a misplaced rag or glove. Also occasional rounded
     wheel weight or small tool. I wonder how long a
     baggie rolling around in there would last?

     Maybe if there was some way to tape or epoxy it to the wheel
     or tire that might work. Would probably be interesting to see
     what it looks like after application of a "fix a flat"
     type product.
