     Ahhh...Mike, obviously you don't understand the basic
     road ettiquete (sp) that when you flash someone the
     lights it usually means that there is a revenue
     enhancement officer over the horizon.

     You can wave, or whatever else you want, but if you
     flashed me the lights I'd usually immediatly put
     the anti-lock brakes to the test and wonder
     how far ahead officer friendly was.

     I don't know if they still do it, but when I used to
     do alot of Motorcycle riding we used to give other
     like minded individuals the closed fist wave across
     the median.
