	You_SURE it's not a bulb?? Is the whole left square out, or just the
tach...IOW do you have the trip comp. display but NO tach?...because
that would be trouble!!?!
	$1000 is high unless...inflation!?!? I had the entire cluster replaced
under warranty on July 26, 91 and it cost the dealer $886.88!! At least
that was the price on the invoice back then....it may be $1000 now!

	What sensor does the tach use? Same one as the speedo? Speedo works
though...?

	No, but I've replaced the digital with a digital :-)  ...See above. The
cost is post-partum digital depression...extreme disappointment after
doing something you once swore against, falling in love with a digital
dash. ;-)
